story of
how it all beganThere's a saying in Italy that goes something like “Anni, amori e bicchieri di vino, nun se contano mai.” which means “Years, lovers, and glasses of wine; these things must not be counted.”
Italy's winemaking culture was unlike anything I had ever experienced. The vineyards stretched out before me, each row of grapes a testament to the dedication and craftsmanship of the winegrowers. As I toured the wineries, I was welcomed with open arms, not just as a tourist, but as a guest eager to learn about their traditions, their art, and their way of life.
Italy, a country known for its stunning landscapes, rich history, and renowned wineries, left me mesmerized for the next 7 years with a dream that needed to be brought to life. What started as a trip suddenly felt like destiny when I saw the vineyards stretched out in front of me, each row of grapes a tribute to the winemakers' passion and craftsmanship. I felt a true sense of belonging among these individuals who welcomed me most ardently, with open arms as an eager guest ready to learn about their traditions, artistry, and lifestyle.
As I explored Italy's diverse wine regions, from the rolling hills of Tuscany to the sun-kissed vineyards of Sicily, I couldn't help but dream. A dream of bringing the hidden gems of European winemaking to a broader audience, of sharing the stories of these dedicated vintners, and of creating a bridge between these artisans and wine enthusiasts around the world. These passionate winemakers poured their hearts and souls into each bottle, and as we shared our stories, struggles, and dreams, I felt a seed of inspiration growing in me and turned this passion into a lifestyle.

Today, I am the proud owner of my very own import company, a labor of love that allows me to source and bring boutique wines from Italy and other parts of Europe to a new audience. I've had to learn the intricacies of the wine industry , navigate the complexities of import regulations, and forge meaningful connections with wineries across the continent, and I've loved every bit of it, for I am now living my dream.
I'm able to share the exquisite wines that captured my heart in Italy with others, and in doing so, I'm able to share the stories of the remarkable individuals who pour their passion into each bottle and give them the credit and recognition that they deserve.
My import company is not just a business; it's a tribute to the winemakers who inspired me during that transformative visit to Italy. It's a way for me to honor their dedication and craftsmanship and to ensure that their artistry and tradition are appreciated far and wide.
I look forward to the years ahead as I continue to explore, discover, and share the beauty of the world of wine with the world.
